Granular Details for a Large Space
About the Project
Bannister Road is one of Perth’s biggest distribution centres with over 75000sqm consisting of two warehouses and two levels of offices. The electrical system designed for these premises needed to provide flexibility to scale with the division of the warehouse space.
Considerations
Big spaces require big thinking. The redevelopment of this facility took place in stages whilst new tenants leased and moved into the facility. We installed power consumption, energy management and computer monitored emergency lighting systems.
The Scope of Works
Working on large projects requires smart, planned and large scale thinking. We worked with Bannister Road to install and maintain electrical, communications, security, CCTV, fire detection and energy management systems.
